The more active you are at w9my, the more rewards you are entitled to receive. Our VIP program is designed specifically to appreciate every loyal member.
Each tier brings different privileges — and moving up is easier than you think.
* All VIP tiers are subject to w9my terms and conditions. Please read Terms and Conditions for complete information.
More than just a label — this is about real recognition.
Many assume that VIP programs on online gambling platforms are nothing more than a marketing tactic. At w9my, we want to prove otherwise. Our VIP program is built on one simple principle: loyal players deserve better treatment, higher rewards, and a more comfortable gaming experience.
Unlike many other platforms that hide VIP terms in the fine print, w9my displays all information clearly and transparently. You know how much you need to deposit, you know what you get, and you know how to move up a tier. No surprises, no hidden conditions.
Even better, tier upgrades at w9my happen automatically. Whenever your cumulative deposit total reaches the next tier threshold, your VIP status is updated and your new benefits activate within 24 hours. No application needed, no waiting for manual approval.
Not just cashback — there's plenty more waiting for you.
When people think VIP, cashback is usually the first thing that comes to mind. Yes, cashback is one of the most tangible benefits — and w9my's cashback is among the most competitive in Malaysia, starting from 5% for Bronze members up to 15% for Platinum members. This means a portion of your total wagering amount is returned every week with no claim required.
But cashback isn't the only thing that makes the w9my VIP program worthwhile. Here are some other benefits that make VIP membership truly rewarding:
Personal Account Manager — starting from the Gold tier, every VIP member is assigned an account manager who can be contacted directly. They assist with deposits, withdrawals, bonus enquiries, and any technical issues with far greater priority than standard support channels.
Exclusive Tables in Live Casino — VIP members have access to live casino tables that are not available to regular members. These tables feature higher betting limits, a more private environment, and dealers specially trained to serve VIP players.
Higher Withdrawal Limits — one common constraint for active players is daily or weekly withdrawal limits. As a VIP member, these limits are automatically raised according to your tier, allowing you to withdraw your wins more freely and quickly.
Event Invitations and Personal Gifts — selected Platinum and Gold members will receive invitations to exclusive w9my events, special birthday gifts, and surprise bonuses at certain times. This is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty.
Smart strategies to maximise your VIP status.
VIP rank progression at w9my is based on your cumulative deposit total. That means it's not about luck — it's about consistency. Here are some approaches used by our active VIP members:
Every time you make a deposit, the bonuses provided by w9my effectively add to your playing capital. This means you can play longer with the same amount of money, while at the same time accumulating more cumulative deposits toward your next VIP tier.
Don't spread your activity across too many games at once. Pick two or three categories you're most comfortable with and focus there. Players who stay consistent within specific categories typically reach VIP faster than those who switch around frequently.
Log in to your w9my account and track your VIP status progress over time. Knowing how far you are from the next tier can help you plan your deposits more strategically.
W9my regularly releases special promotions exclusively for VIP members — including additional deposit bonuses, prize draws, and double cashback during selected weeks. Keep an eye on the Promotions to stay updated.
