We believe in full transparency. Before you click the register button, there are a few important things we'd like to share so your gaming experience starts on a solid and clear foundation.
Minimum Age Requirement
Registration at w9my is open only to individuals aged 18 years and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. We conduct age verification during the KYC process and any account found in violation of this condition will be closed immediately.
One Account Per Individual
Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at w9my. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. If you are having issues with an existing account, please contact our support team for assistance.
Registration Details Must Be Accurate
Make sure all information you enter during registration is accurate and up to date. The name, phone number, and bank details you register must match your identification documents. Any discrepancies may cause delays in withdrawal processing.
